Opis

Siedzibą muzeum jest Zamek krzyżacki w Kętrzynie – budowla gotycka pochodząca z drugiej połowy XIV wieku. W muzeum gromadzone są zbiory związane przede wszystkim z historią Kętrzyna i regionu. Wśród zbiorów na szczególną uwagę zasługuje kolekcja rzeźb z końca XV w. i jedyna zachowana z terenu dawnych Prus chorągiew pogrzebowa dziecka z wizerunkiem zmarłego w wieku trzech lat Botho Eulenburga.
